About FindToilet
FindToilet is a free, community-maintained map of every public toilet in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Find the nearest one in seconds — with walking distance, whether it's free or paid, opening hours, wheelchair access, and honest ratings and reviews from people who've actually been there.
It began, like many good things, with a small crisis: stuck somewhere in the city, suddenly very much needing a toilet, and with no clue where to find one. FindToilet is the cure for that particular kind of panic — a labour of love made by one person, not a startup. No boardroom, no investors, no grand five-year plan; just a genuinely useful map, kept accurate with a slightly obsessive amount of care.
Where the data comes from
The map began with open data from OpenStreetMap, then every entry was checked by hand — outdated toilets removed, wrong locations corrected, and missing ones added on the ground. The aim is a map you can trust the moment you need it, not a raw data dump.
How you can help
The map gets better with every contribution. If a toilet is missing, wrong, or gone, tap Report a problem on its card — or use Confirm Exists / Report Missing to keep its community-confidence score current. It takes a few seconds, and it helps the next person in a hurry.
